Process Improvement Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Create, update, and manage SOPs to ensure they reflect current processes and best practices.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train employees on new processes and SOPs to ensure seamless implementation and adherence.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An agribusiness investment company in UAE.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations manager or a related role.
• Proficient in process mapping tools, data analysis and project management software (Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Tableau, Asana, Trello)
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
