JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A female Emirati CEO is seeking an experienced Private Properties Manager to support a highly regarded family with all aspects of property management, personal travel and finance. We therefore require a female candidate with a strong UAE cultural understanding and etiquette for this extremely confidential new position.

This role requires the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality as you will be working very closely with the CEO and reporting into the Chairperson of the private office (also a family member). Acting as the primary point of contact for the family, the Properties Manager will provide seamless and efficient support with regards to VIP correspondence and relations, organisation of all personal errands and shopping, travel arrangements for the family, ensuring that the fleet of vehicles are well maintained, insured and registered in a timely manner and, that all document renewals for the family are arranged.

The position will be based at the main Dubai residence however, as the family own several extensive properties across the UAE you should be able to travel easily within the country. Responsible for all aspects of property management including: recruitment, training and overseeing of the household staff, HR administration, payroll support and coordination of family events, gatherings and special occasions. Acting as the representative to all suppliers and vendors, you will take the lead with renovation projects, manage the standard of work and ensure all purchases of goods are made. For these projects and the general day to day household expenses you will maintain accurate budget and expenditure information, reporting this to the Chairperson on a regular basis.

Requirements:
This is a fantastic role for a person dedicated and passionate in providing the highest levels of concierge and property management support to their Principal. With exceptionally high levels of attention to detail, we expect that applications will be from those who have supported UHWI/ VIPs throughout their career and understand the 24/7 demands that such a role brings. You should be familiar with the cultural nuances, local customs and etiquette of the UAE and demand nothing but the best from yourself and your household team. As such and as previously mentioned, we can only consider female candidates for this role.
