Position Title: Operations Executive and Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A leading group in the Marine Services Industry handling maintenance and supply of equipment, based in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Oversee vessel scheduling, maintenance, and service delivery. Coordinate with port authorities, vendors, and clients to ensure timely operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international maritime regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular audits and drills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of operational activities, including service logs, compliance documentation, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

- Open to Filipino nationality
- Female, 38 years old and below
- Diploma or any relevant certificate
- At least 2-year experience in maritime industry as ops staff/coordinator
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
