JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Duties and responsibilities:

• Budgeting the required equipment
• Manage the day to day operations of the unit
• Overall supervision of the unit
• Ensure the assigned staffs are practising as per the job description and competency
• Supervision on stock management
• Develop required sop s for the unit
• Monitor the staffs for their current practice
• Guidance and counselling of the staff
• Coordinate for interview education

Requirements:

• Team management
• Problem solving and conflict management
• Supervise the dietary requirement if the patient
• Daily patient rounds and collect feed back
• Prepare the unit for regulatory requirements and accreditation
• Ensure staff well-being
• Goal setting for staffs
• Annual Appraisal and appraise the staff as and when required
• Participate for unit interview
