Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of E-applications.
-Responsible for provisioning opportunities for WEB/Mobile enabled applications.
-Direct and control project development from beginning to end with internal/external business units.
-Support business key drivers in delivering E-channels (WEB, Mobile).
-Build Messaging Platform for E-channels.
-Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
-Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and advise contingency plans.
-Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projects.
-Collaborating with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
-Formulating program specifications and basic prototypes
-Transforming software designs and specifications into high-functioning code in the appropriate language
-Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary
-Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
-To develop new applications and enhancements to existing applications in line with the organizational strategic goals.
-To perform technical development and integration projects based on agreed specifications, timelines and milestones with Business application manager.
-To recommend and apply appropriate software engineering methodologies and best practices as a framework for software development projects.
-To serve as a technical resource to other group members and the organization at large.

Technical Skills
-Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation, Teamwork, Analytical, Planning, Project Management, Customer Focus.
-Essential skills in Net Development: C#, ASP. Net Visual Studio.NET, MVC
-Database Development: SQL Server w/ stored procedures
-Application Development: Multi-tier applications with documentation
-Development Methodologies: OOP, Unit testing
-Web Services: SOAP, WSDL, UDDI Knowledge
-Bachelors in Computer Science.
-Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
-Database and operating systems experience with Business Application software
-Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products.
Experience
-Professional with a minimum 5 years of managerial experience Financial Institution / Insurance Company in handling IT Business Application in an enormous competitive market.
Certificates
-Advanced data access development with Microsoft visual studio.
-Xamarin Certified Mobile Professional
-Xamarin Certified Mobile Developer
-Advanced web client programming with Microsoft Visual Studio
-Advanced SharePoint development
