Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at an exciting ice cream brand in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our delicious range of ice cream products and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Creating and managing promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences, and using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Managing and updating the brand's social media platforms, including content creation and engagement with followers.
- Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities, including events and sponsorships.
- Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and providing regular reports to the management team.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, with a track record of successful social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
