Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote our products in the UAE market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and increase market share.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to the management team.
- Strong B2C experience required and is essential for this role

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and meet tight deadlines.
