Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a seasoned mechanical engineer with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience, including a strong background in managing complex design projects across all RIBA stages.They will possess excellent leadership skills, capable of overseeing design consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, budgets, and technical standards are met.
This individual will be highly proficient in design management, with a deep understanding of mechanical systems, BIM technology, and the UAE regulatory environment. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to innovation and quality will define their approach, making them a key contributor to high-profile projects.
