JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their successful team. It is advantageous for the candidate to have construction experience however; this is not essential.

Based in Dubai, out client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal Secretary to provide exceptional legal support to a Team of Lawyers within the Construction Practice. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

The Legal Secretary must be able to perform various legal administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings as well as taking minutes supporting with billings and trial bundles. You may also support on Reception, answering phone calls, delegating or responding to emails, as well as welcoming clients into the business and carry out any adhoc duties where required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.

You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
