JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

General Contractual Work:
• Ensure the company's activities are legally sound.
• This includes legal support for transactions, contract expertise, approval of company contractual documents in the electronic document management system, and conducting due diligence on counterparts in the UAE.

Company Registration and Liquidation:
• Handle the registration, re-registration, and liquidation of companies.
• Make amendments and additions to the company's charter documents and licenses in accordance with UAE requirements.

Corporate Document Preparation:
• Prepare protocols, powers of attorney, director's decisions, UBO, and other corporate documents of the company in accordance with UAE legislation.

Legalization of Corporate Documents:
• Legalize corporate documents for foreign countries and provide legal support for opening bank accounts in the UAE and foreign countries (corporate part).

Beneficiary Personal Task Support:
• Provide legal support for the personal tasks of the beneficiary.
• This includes primary analysis and assessment of legal risks in planned and implemented projects, and comments on contracts.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of UAE legislation, excellent contractual knowledge, and experience in corporate document preparation.
• They should also have experience in dealing with counterparts in the UAE and have a proactive approach to identifying and managing legal risks.
• Knowledge of Russian is required.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
