Junior Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation & maintaining records, conducting reconciliations, and performing other accounting functions to support the Accounting department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of real estate reports
- Handle timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting
- Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Data entry in accounting software

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
