JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
? Ensure all aspects of the project are covered, including site visits for gathering essential information
? Analyze drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed specifications
? Use estimation models and tools to break down costs, factoring in labor, materials, and time requirements
? Work closely with subcontractors to obtain pricing for various project elements
? Maintain a cost database, prepare estimates, and present detailed reports on project costs and trends
Requirements:
Position Title: Joinery EstimatorEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

? Male, 45 yers old and below
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field
? At least 5 years of experience from interior fit-out and joinery industry
