Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Actively participate in recruiting and talent acquisition.
