JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to the Board of Directors.
* Ability to synthesize and present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
* Look after cyber security.
* Has knowledge in IT infrastructure i.e., Servers (on-Prem), Azure cloud services, Licenses, and desktop application administration.
* Understanding of IT-related business processes, financial statements, and key performance indicators to provide relevant insights in reports.
* Work with the CFO and IT Manager and Contribute to the preparation of IT budgets and resource allocation plans.
* Monitor expenses and make sure the project finishes on time and budget.
* Understand the basics of cybersecurity and answer questions that our client may have.
* Understanding of IT-related business processes, financial statements, and key performance indicators to provide relevant insights in reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need the following:

* Bachelor's Degree equivalent to computer science or Information technology.
* Familiar with corporate governance practices and reporting requirements.
* 7+ years of experience in related fields.
* Excellent and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proactive and a detail-oriented approach to documenting is vital.
* Excellent Microsoft suite skills.
* Ability to synthesize and present data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
* Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
* Think outside the box will be considered favourably.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Understanding of IT-related business processes, financial statements, and key performance indicators to provide relevant insights in reports.
