JOB PURPOSE
Manage investor relations activities for the company. They ensure effective communication between the company and its shareholders, providing accurate and timely information about the company's financial performance, strategic direction, and operational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework.
- Manage communications and relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor feedback to inform management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to disclosure and reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance, legal, and executive teams to accurately represent the company's financial position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations / finance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
