Internal Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Conducting audits of financial, operational and compliance areas of the organization
- Evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing audit reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions
- Providing recommendations for improving business processes
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and assessing risks to the organization
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of audit recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA or CISA
- 5+ years of experience in internal auditing or related field
- Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
