Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the design, configuration, testing and conversion of the interfaces between various healthcare IT systems across our customer base; and migrating data from legacy systems into their new system.
- As interface architect you will help coordinating resources and tasks, tracking and troubleshooting issues, following up on risks and escalations reporting to the Workstream Lead and project's PMO.
- Collaborating with other specialist teams to develop business delivery methods to improve the data connectivity and sharing for the benefit of our customers.
- You will need to be comfortable working with partner organisations on the integration of third-party systems, and migration of data from legacy systems.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to a team of Interface Engineers.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards in healthcare IT, particularly related to data exchange protocols, interoperability standards (such as HL7, FHIR).
- Supporting the customer relationship managers, and Oracle sales teams with bids and customer conversations related to interoperability and data migration.
- Travel up to 20%

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a good background in healthcare IT, along with exceptional communication and organization skills to drive the successful implementation and maintenance of interfaces connecting diverse healthcare systems, and successful migration of legacy data.

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with systems and solution integrations at the HealthCare industry.
- Fluent in English
