JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to assist in efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

- To handle and direct employee enquiries.
- To maintain and upkeep the Employee Statistic List and the Employee Address List.
- To keep track of vacation entitlements of employees, by completing the Annual Leave forms and update the HR computer system accordingly.
- To prepare all of the paperwork related to employment, probation and termination.
- To maintain the Personnel Office's filing system.
- To assist with the implementation of all employee communications.
- To assist in the co-ordination of the Performance Appraisal system.
- To assist in organizing regular employee sports and social activities.
- To co-ordinate the Employee Recognition Programs.
- To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of employees within the hotel.
- To prepare references for all resigning employees.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Human Resources Division.
- To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.

Requirements:
- University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
