JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Internship

- HR Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

HR Projects:
- Support various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and performance management processes.
- Assist with organizing and managing employee events and workshops.

General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and handling HR-related inquiries.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Finance Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:
- Assist with preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Help with reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) and financial software (e.g., accounting systems) is a plus.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discreet and professional with handling confidential information.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
