Job Description

- Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards
- Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests requests are attended to in a timely manner

Requirements:

Qualifications

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
