We're Hiring: Head Chef in Abu Dhabi

Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and experience in high-volume kitchens, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile: Head Chef
Location: Abu Dhabi

Ideal Candidate
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in high-volume kitchens.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing kitchen staff.
- Culinary Expertise: Exceptional culinary skills, particularly in hot food preparation, with a passion for innovation and quality.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years as a Head Chef or similar role.
- Experience in production or central production units.
- Excellent culinary skills, particularly in hot food preparation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
