Job Description:
• Liase with government authorities like Dubai Land Department to ensure compliance with regulation and legal requirements
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their impact on real estate development projects.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentations to government authorities.
• Develop and execute public affairs strategies to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Conduct public opinion research related to real estate development trends and issues; analyze and report on policy changes and political developments
Requirements:

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A group of companies involved in various growing industries such as equity investment, automotive, food & beverage, real estate, trading, and immigration services
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic Nationalities
• 40 years and old below
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in government relations within real estate development industry.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of UAE Government structures, real estate regulations and local and federal government processes
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
