General Manager - Master-Planned Residential Community Development (Arabic-speaking)

Our client is a prominent Real Estate developer based in Dubai, renowned for their innovative and impactful projects across the region.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) fluent in Arabic to oversee the full development cycle of master-planned residential community development in a location within the MENA region. Based in Dubai, the GM will serve as the primary representative and ambassador in that area, assuming full operational responsibility encompassing sales and marketing strategy, business development, and expansion initiatives, with frequent travel to the development site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and oversee the comprehensive development lifecycle of a large-scale master-planned residential community .
- Formulate and execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities to amplify project scope and market presence.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and driving project progress.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver regular project updates and strategic recommendations to the Chairman and Board of Directors.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record in leading the development lifecycle of large-scale residential communities in the role of GM or its equivalent, ideally within the Middle East.
- Profound knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.
- Exceptional leadership acumen with a history of adeptly managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the region as required (approximately two weeks per month).
