JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a client in the luxury art space, who is looking to hire a Front of House Representative to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected, contemporary organisation, with a strong international presence.

As the first point of contact, the Front of House will answer all incoming calls, manage the services inbox, schedule appointments, respond to enquiries and transfer call to relevant personnel. Maintaining the upkeep of the office, ensuring that the office is equipped with stationery and supporting event organisation and marketing activities are also some other job responsibilities for this role. The Front of House will also be responsible for administrative tasks and any ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

As a well reputable brand, the client is looking to recruit candidates who possess exceptional English communication skills, Arabic language skills, and high-quality customer service. Candidates must have an understanding and interest in art and luxury markets. The successful candidate will already be residing in Dubai, ideally possessing UAE working experience.
