Finance & Tax Manager

Finance & Tax Manager, AED 15-25,000 per month, Dubai

Our client is seeking a qualified Finance & Tax Manager with a minimum of 6 years’ experience managing financial reporting, overseeing treasury operations, and ensuring alignment with UAE and international regulations. This role will support UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, familiarity with KSA tax, Zakat, and related regulations would be an advantage. Description:

• Manage consolidation for multiple entities across geographies, ensuring accuracy of financial data
• Submit weekly and monthly financial reports to management for analysis and decision-making. Prepare the budget and forecasting process, monitoring budgets/forecasts against actual performance
• Review accounting of Mergers and Acquisitions (IFRS 3), Subsidiaries, Joint ventures, and other complex transactions at the holding level in accordance with IFRS
• Managing the Budget and forecasting process and monitoring such budgets/forecast against actuals performance
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate quarterly and annual audit processes and ensure timely completion
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate terms, services, and fees, and optimize banking arrangements for our clients’ needs
• Support in day-to-day treasury operations, including wire transfers and other transactions, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support the tax compliance process, including preparing and reviewing tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT, & other applicable taxes), and adhering to filing deadlines
• Perform transfer pricing analysis and reporting, manage the delivery of Corporate-tax due diligence assignments ensuring 100% compliance with regulations
• Develop and lead both tax-savings opportunities and tax solutions by working closely with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with KSA tax and Zakat regulations, including accurate and timely filings
• Offer support and guidance for tax compliance matters related to the formation of new legal entities, both domestically within UAE and internationally
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency
