JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Quest Search and Selection is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive for a prestigious luxury gourmet food company, to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive are:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury food retailers, hospitality companies, and event venues.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting premium product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the luxury or gourmet food industry.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-end clientele.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
