As the F&B Operations Manager, you will spearhead our coffee brand's next phase of expansion. Your role is pivotal, demanding proven expertise in operations management, profitability, and customer service excellence. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure top-tier service, hygiene, and product quality in coffee outlets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain talent, fostering staff development.
• Financial Oversight: Set budgets, meet sales and profit targets, manage inventory.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on new products, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Business Analysis: Evaluate opportunities and analyze competitors.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory and distribution across locations.
• Innovation: Lead initiatives for customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with departments and manage cross-region teams.
• New Store Launches: Ensure successful launches and exceed sales targets

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee warehouse inventory and 3rd party deliveries across locations.
• Innovation: Lead initiatives like loyalty apps and data-driven reports to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
