JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Attend meetings on the CEO’s behalf, as required, and take accurate minutes

Requirements:
• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO.
• This role is instrumental in optimizing executive workflow and enhancing the CEO's effectiveness.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
