Position Title: Executive Assistant cum Personal Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A thriving general trading company based in Dubai.

- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive, such as managing personal appointments, shopping, and household matters, family-related activities.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects/clients.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

- Open to Arabic nationalities
- Female, 28-40 years old
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Business/ Communication/ Finance related
- At least 4 years of combined EA & PA experience with an ability to read financial statements
- Should be able to speak Arabic and English fluently
- Valid UAE Driver’s license is required
- Must be available to travel with the CEO for local and international business trips

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
