JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a luxury real estate developer to recruit an Executive Assistant who will provide professional support to a C-level executive.

The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to a C-level executive whilst working within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities in this role will include extensive diary management, complex travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management.

Additionally, the Executive Assistant will also review and prepare correspondence including emails, presentations and reports, will oversee and ensure smooth operations of the C-suite office, including the management of office supplies, vendor coordination and office logistics.

Alongside the above, this role will involve collaborating with other departments, organize events, support marketing, finance and other administrative tasks where required. As a trusted employee working closely with senior management, this role will entail handling confidential information, therefore, a proven track record as a loyal employee is essential.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a well-presented professional with 5 years similar work experience within a corporate or prestige organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results driven, possessing excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The individual should be strong team player with the ability to multitask and work independently within a fast-paced environment. A proven track record of providing high-level service and exceptional communication and written skills in English is essential for this position. Proficiency in using MS Office, including Power Point and Excel is a must.

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
