Events and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Events and Partnerships to join our team and take our event offerings and partnerships to the next level.

Position Overview:

Events and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all YP Club events and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in luxury brand management and events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-end, memorable experiences and cultivating valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with YP Club’s mission and goals.
• Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of all events, including networking events, panel discussions, workshops, and large-scale gatherings such as galas and conferences.
• Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, and other event vendors to ensure high-quality services and favorable terms.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution while maintaining the luxury standard.
• Guest Experience: Design and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of the YP Club brand.

Partnership Management:
• Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to build and maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Luxury Brand Alignment: Ensure all partnerships align with the YP Club brand and enhance our luxury positioning.
• Negotiations: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial agreements that support our events and broader mission.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Work with partners to create and execute collaborative initiatives, including co-branded events and exclusive member benefits.
• ROI Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they deliver value to both YP Club and our partners.

Team Leadership:
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the events and partnerships team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Marketing and Promotion:
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for events and partnerships.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring the YP Club brand is represented with excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
