JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of training events that enhance learning and development. This position requires a creative thinker who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and possesses excellent organizational skills. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of events that meet the strategic objectives of our training programs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the training team to design and plan engaging training events that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and facilitators to ensure all content is prepared and delivered effectively.
- Develop and manage event timelines and budgets, ensuring all elements are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote training events and drive attendance, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Oversee the registration process, including participant communication and the management of attendee databases.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess participant satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services are provided at all events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to bring innovative ideas to our training programs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to events and training programs as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in a training or educational context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with participants, speakers, and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in using event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in budget management and negotiation with vendors to achieve the best outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for event execution as needed.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
