Electrician

As an Electrician you are responsible for the daily operations of all electrical maintenance is carried-out to ensure the safety and proper operations of the equipment's.

What you will be doing:

- Ensure all boardrooms and meeting rooms AV technologies are fully operational.
- Set up and manage all technical aspects of the auditorium (audio, video, and lights) and provide overall AV support during events.
- Assist in digitizing different conversion formats for the audio/video streams.
- Assist staff and students with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
- Maintain inventory records of audio-visual equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in all guest rooms, public areas, and front and back of house areas to keep the hotel in good condition.
- Must be aware of and experienced with PLCs and all types of control circuit rectification and fault diagnosis.
- Execute the preventive maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment is maintained to the required standard.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition to ensure a safe workplace and reduce costs.
- Ensure that all emergency calls are promptly and efficiently responded to.
- Act in accordance with fire, health, and safety regulations, following the correct procedures when necessary.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as to protect and conserve the environment.
- Comply with the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
