JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales and presence, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving the growth of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Analyze online sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.
- Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce partners and service providers to ensure seamless operations and integrations.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the e-commerce landscape.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; additional certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
