Draughtsman

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Should be well versed in latest version of AutoCAD, REVIT 3D, calculation's software
- Independently handle design jobs, coordination drawings, piping software's and capable to work and take lead in assigned project independently
- good knowledge in estimation of fire fighting system
- Creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical components and systems.
- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Converting rough sketches and verbal instructions into accurate technical drawings.
- Ensuring that all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Managing and organizing drawing files and documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation of engineering reports and documentation.
- Performing quality checks on drawings to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.
- Keeping up to date with advancements in drafting technology and software.
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout the drafting process.

Requirements:

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in the mechanical industry.
- Experience working on projects in the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD .
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
