JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Digital Partnerships Manager will act as single point of contact between Corporate Communication, Marketing and Brand and P&L for digital supplier relationship management for CCMB. Responsible for supplier relationship management, Corporate Communication, Marketing and Brand supplier performance management, contract utilisation, supplier capability mapping and continuous rationalization based the CCMB digital enablement strategy, working cross-functionally with all areas of online marketing through the enablement team. Provide an advisory role to CCMB staff on all supplier related matters. Enable supplier visibility and transparency across CCMB and support services such as Procurement and Legal.

In this role you will:

- In collaboration with Procurement, develop, review and ensure application of the supplier tiering, governance and the supplier relationship frameworks to CCMB's supplier landscape. Responsible for ensuring these frameworks are visible and are being applied globally for marketing and communications capabilities.
- Develop, review and ensure application of the Supplier Performance Management framework including balanced scorecard and KPIs and drive application of this framework by close collaboration with the various units in CCMB to ensure value for money is being tracked and realized. Ensure supplier contractual commitments are captured, tracked, suppliers are delivering on their contractual commitments and there is a standardized approach to service credits. Ensure collaboration with Procurement and ensure that KPIs from a P&L perspective are captured.
- Support major initiatives such as strategic vendor reviews, systems feasibility reviews, ongoing benchmarking of tools and vendors across the marketing landscape and martech and supplier investment reviews to develop the technology sourcing strategy in collaboration with Procurement and maintain strategic partnerships with top tier suppliers. In collaboration with P&L continuously drive cost and or value efficiencies through technology contract and vendor rationalisation globally.
- Ensure adherence to CCMB RFT Procurement framework governance prior to any official release to CCMB users by Procurement. Provide an input to various teams within CCMB during selection of suppliers for any given RFT. As the performance management function matures ensure that the business comply with ensuring that digital marketing RFTs are highlighted and actioned.
- In collaboration with relevant Online Marketing departments CCMB teams and Procurement ensure alignment to technology architecture, innovation and systems rationalization strategy for large scale, strategic agreements, and renewals. Ensure these agreements are geared for usage by all areas of CCMB's client base across the Group (including dnata and Group Services) and provide maximum efficiencies across CCMB.
- Enable CCMB's digital consultant manpower strategy in partnership with CCMB departments to ensure alignment of digital consulting services against the complex requirements of the department. Ensure strategic roadmap of outsourced program continues to deliver on Online Marketing strategic objectives and provide advisory services and strategic guidance on operational conflicts.
- In partnership with Organisational Research and Effectiveness, Procurement & Logistics, and other partners across the Group responsible for governance and internal efficiencies, enable Online Marketing to map and document all sourcing processes and evaluate those processes to ensure that efficiency and ease of use is constantly improved.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing & Media Communication.
- Degree in a subject relevant to business administration and a professional certificate in Marketing Experience in Marketing Technology.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, supplier performance management, solid commercial acumen and service management.
- A proven track record of mature relationship management level Professional Skills: Project Management, Marketing Technology strategy and planning, sourcing and procurement in marketing domain, Business Change Management and Supplier.
