We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Digital Marketing Specialist & IT Support, who will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, marketing efforts, and internal IT support.

Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist & IT Support at Grassitup, you will have a dual role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while also providing internal IT support to our team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in both digital marketing and IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and implement social media marketing strategies to engage our target audience and enhance brand recognition.
• Design and schedule email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.

IT Support:

• Provide internal IT support to resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure data security and assist with data backups and recovery.
• Manage IT inventory and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and an eye for design.
• IT skills and knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including a track record of successfully executing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
• Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
• Previous experience in IT support, including resolving hardware and software issues, configuring IT equipment, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design to create visually appealing digital assets.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and IT support software and hardware.

We are looking for a candidate who can effectively combine digital marketing expertise with IT support skills to contribute to the success of Grassitup. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, proactive, and capable of providing innovative solutions to marketing and IT challenges.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
