JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Grassitup, a leading outdoor furniture specialist, is dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stylish and functional retreats. We are currently seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team in the multifaceted role of Digital Marketing, Operations, and E-Commerce Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo Software Expertise:
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in utilizing Odoo Software for efficient business operations.

Digital Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Photography and Visual Content Creation:
• Capture high-quality photographs of our outdoor furniture for marketing materials, social media, and other promotional purposes.
• Ensure visually appealing and cohesive branding through consistent visual content creation.

IT Help Desk for Windows and Apple:
• Provide technical support for Windows and Apple platforms to ensure the smooth functioning of office systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for team members in a timely manner.

Website Design:
• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly e-commerce websites for showcasing our outdoor furniture collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective website solutions.

Payment Software Integration:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of various payment software solutions.
• Integrate and optimize payment gateways to ensure a seamless and secure online shopping experience.

Shopify Expertise:
• Demonstrate proficiency in Shopify platform customization and management.
• Stay updated on the latest Shopify features and industry trends to enhance the online shopping experience for our outdoor furniture.

User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
• Implement UX best practices to improve website navigation and overall user satisfaction for customers shopping for outdoor furniture.
• Conduct regular usability testing and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align website design with Grassitup's brand objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Web Design, IT).
• Proven experience in utilizing Odoo Software.
• Strong digital marketing background with a track record of successful campaigns.
• IT support experience for both Windows and Apple platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of payment software and integration.
• Expertise in Shopify customization and administration.
• Proven experience in designing and developing e-commerce websites.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
