Description
* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and procedures.
* Lead the development and execution of data cleansing and standardisation initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify data management requirements and best practices.
* Monitor and assess data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Educate and train employees on data governance policies and procedures.
* Stay up to date on evolving data governance regulations and best practices.
* Prepare reports and dashboards to track data quality and compliance progress.
* Work with IT and other departments to ensure the technical infrastructure supports data quality initiatives

Requirements:
* Over 6 years' experience in data governance, data quality management, or a related field.* Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices (e.g., data lineage, data ownership, data security).

* Proven ability to develop and document clear, concise policies and procedures.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
