JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Data entry and maintenance of records related to warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.

Proficient in usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for efficient warehouse operations and inventory control.

Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics and order fulfillment.

Coordinate and monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory, Order Processing and target the KPIs and ensure accurate stock records.

Handle Dubai Customs clearance and Municipality processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in 3PL logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and familiar with Dubai Customs clearance and
Municipality processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
