JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role will involve advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity buy-outs, and strategic investment transactions across a number of industry sectors such as: energy, projects & infrastructure (including renewables and clean-tech), technology, aerospace and defense and life sciences. My client work with sovereign wealth funds, banks, corporates and family offices based in the Middle East as well as large multinational corporations with investments in the region.

Requirements:

Candidates should be common law qualified (UK, USA, CAN, AUS, RSA, NZ), range between NQ - 6 PQE, possess excellent academics from a top tier university (LLB/LLM), and have existing experience working within a world-class law firm.
