JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is currently working with a leading law firm, to recruit a mid-level Corporate Associate, for their expanding Corporate Team in Dubai. This firm is ranked as one of the top 50 law firms in the Middle East for their corporate offerings.

The Corporate Associate will collaborate closely with esteemed partners in the region, working within one of the most diverse teams in the Middle East. This role will entail engaging with a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions across the region and on a cross-border basis, servicing clients across North Africa, Europe and Asia.

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will be at the 3-5 PQE level and qualified in a common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa). The firm is also open to Associates who are currently working in-house, with prior experience in a private practice setting. Regional experience is preferred, however, is not mandatory.
