Job Description

- Align with company IT policies and procedures for effective and profitable operational management.
- Serving as the "First point of contact" to employees in IT related issues and possibilities.
- Assigning IT issue-based task to support team and ensure meeting the user's requirement using effective management of IT helpdesk.
- Managing the inventory of entire IT related equipment's and consistent coordination with procurement department in sourcing resources time to time.
- Data management of entire IT assets within the organization.
- Strategic relationship management with all IT and other vendors (Etisalat, DU, etc.).
- Customizing mobile network packages for employees from different hierarchy and managing with providers on executing solutions for various network issues.
- Monitoring and reporting mobile data and network usage of entire employees and streamline the cost spend to the provider.
- Effective utilization of IT resources and successful management in prioritizing IT equipment purchase in meeting the IT budget goals designed.
- Ensure that contracts are issued to all staff for their devices.
