Aaronz & Co Real Estate, a leading firm in the Dubai real estate market, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Property Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized advisory services to clients looking to invest in or lease commercial properties in Dubai. Please note this is a commission based role so ensure you have sufficient funds before applying.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs and investment goals. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Dubai's commercial sector.

Property Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive analyses of commercial properties, considering factors such as location, market demand, rental yields, and potential for capital appreciation.

Transaction Management: Manage the end-to-end process of commercial property transactions, including negotiating terms and conditions of leases, sales agreements, and other contracts. Ensure smooth transaction closures while representing the best interests of clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's commercial real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Use market insights to formulate strategic recommendations for clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders in the Dubai real estate market. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the property investment lifecycle.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Advisor or similar role in the Dubai real estate market.
- Deep understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate sector, including market dynamics, investment strategies, and property valuation methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM software, financial modeling).
- Self motivated with a results driven approach.
