Description

* Responsible for Distributor and Category Management
* Responsible for Trade Marketing and Shopper Marketing
* Translate brand plans into a clear commercial activity plan
* Lead the adaptation of the Category vision to make it compelling for key customers
* Have a clear understanding of the value chain, for both the business and the Distribution Partner, use this knowledge to generate maximum returns on all initiatives whilst maintaining appropriate financial incentive for the distributor

Job Offer

This role pays between 50k - 55k + Schooling and family benefits

Requirements:

Criteria

* 10+ year- experience with a recognized FMCG brand
* 5 years working with the Modern trade in KSA
* Personal Knowledge of KSA Modern trade
* 10+ year experience in Key Account management. Can demonstrate expertise in negotiation, JBP and incentive models
* Fluent in both English & Arabic
* Based in Dubai, UAE
