JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our client in the Construction industry in Dubai, UAE. The Commercial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Support the development of pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability and market share
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to assess the impact of commercial initiatives and investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial plans that align with business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate the performance of commercial activities and recommend adjustments to optimize results

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications.
- Proven experience in commercial analysis or strategic consulting within the construction or building materials industry
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and revenue management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations
