JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with the ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and operations on-site.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring productivity and safety.
- Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management regarding project status, issues, and solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment used on-site.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
- Evaluate performance and productivity of team members and provide training and mentorship as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Experience in supervising interior fit-outs works for Office Space, Retail, Restaurant and residential sites
• Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory
• Any Qualification or diploma in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Fitout will be considered as an added advantage.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams at the same time and will be responsible for all running sites.
• Should have to maintain good quality of work
• Should be able to produce work on time as per the project schedule.
• Knowledge and Understanding of MEP, Civil, Architectural, Interior furnish and joinery is required.
• Drawing knowledge and site implementation.
• Conducting frequent site inspections to detect and eliminate potential safety issues.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Can join immediately

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
