With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are urgently seeking 4 CAD Draughtsmen to join the team.

Role Overview:

As a CAD Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-profile projects by preparing and managing detailed CAD drawings.

You will work closely with architectural, structural, and interior design teams to ensure accurate and efficient design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare and manage detailed CAD drawings for various projects
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance
•Handle shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
•Adapt swiftly to project changes, including value engineering and material adjustments

Compensation:

•Up to 10,000 AED per month for the right candidates
Interviews are scheduled for September & October. Immediate starts are available, and we are looking for candidates who can begin employment before December 2024.

Requirements:

Requirements:

•5 years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman, preferably with a reputable main contractor
•Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
•Strong experience in shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and design management
•Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
•Must be based in the UAE

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
