JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our leading law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and market expansion initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a significant impact in the legal industry within the UAE market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the legal industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop compelling proposals and pitch materials to secure new business opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the firm.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of the legal landscape in the UAE, with existing networks and relationships within the market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in a competitive market environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive business growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the legal industry or professional services sector.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
