JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has come up for a large Children's Activity Facility in Dubai. Our client is looking for an Business Development Manager who will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market reach within targeted sectors including learning institutions, kids’ museums, amusement centers, hotels, and among families of royalties.
• Utilize existing contacts and actively build new relationships with decision-makers to promote awareness of the company and its services.
• Manage and grow an active client database, ensuring regular engagement and follow-up to maximize opportunities for events and catering services.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create tailored proposals and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in sales in the kid’s soft play area/ entertainment/ amusement in the UAE.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Established network of contacts in learning institutions, kids’ museums, amusement centers, hotels, and among families of royalties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English language is a must, and knowledge of any European languages, Arabic or other languages would be a plus
